pie

So I haven't posted in a very long time. I have been cooking - I promise - but I just can't seem to remember to take pictures when I cook. I do have a few from the last month that I'll post over the next couple days to catch up. So first up is my first apple pie. I don't know what i'm doing when it comes to baking. but I followed my sisters crust recipe diligently, but since I just don't know what the dough was supposed to feel like, what I got was a very crumbly crust that was hard to roll out. In the end it worked out, but not before much cursing.
