everyone loves naan and so do i. so i made some. turns out its just bread made with yogurt/milk instead of water. the rest is the same. yeast, flour, salt, sugar... then you knead it, let it rise a few hours, and then flatten it out like little pizza's. to cook, you can use a griddle, pizza stone or just a skillet with some ghee (or butter). that's it!
really? yog-milk instead of water? really? damn, tricky indians.
