lemongrass

was missing the flavors of south east asia recently, so i cooked up a little stir fry. i used plenty of lemongrass (1 stalk), ginger (1 knob), garlic (3 cloves), and chilies (1.5 serrano), and a touch of fish sauce (2-3tbls), agave syrup (1-2tlbs), tumeric (1tsp), and coriander (1tsp). main ingredients was some lean pork loin (.75lb), a green bell peppers, and mustard greens (1 cup chopped). delicious!
